GMT was founded by Raymond Dubinsky in 1966. Ray began his career as a tool & die maker in 1946 in the Washington D.C. area. He was a veteran of World War II with the U.S. Navy Sea Bees. Ray’s drive for perfection brought GMT to the top of the machining industry. In 1991, his son Mark Dubinsky joined GMT and is currently President and CEO. Mark has expanded GMT and in 2005, he moved the business to Mtn. Lake Park to a larger plant with more capabilities. With Mark at the helm, GMT has continued to refine and expand it’s capabilities. His son, Steve Dubinsky, joined the family business as Vice President in 2011.
